Obituary, Theresa Ann Quaglino

Theresa Ann Quaglino, a two-year resident of Edinburg, NY and formerly a 30-year resident of Wingdale, NY, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Quaglino was a registered nurse at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, NY for 38 years retiring in 2017.

Born on October 25, 1956 in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Raymond E. Tully and Helen Theresa Goerke Tully. She was a graduate of Walter Panas High School in Cortlandt Manor, NY and earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. On February 9, 1987 in Mount Kisco, NY, she married Carl M. Quaglino who survives at home.

Mrs. Quaglino was a lector, Eucharistic Minister and CCD instructor at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Dover Plains and a volunteer with the Center of Compassion in Dover Plains. She was also a devoted NY Giants fan.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Allison Chimera, and her husband, Frank, of Boston, MA; Jill Quaglino, and her husband, David Shelly, of Beacon, NY and Lisa Grady, and her husband, Jonathan, of Saratoga Springs, NY and a sister, Karen Giusti of Warren, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren who brought her great joy, Ronan Chimera, Cora Chimera, Quinn Grady and Lakin Grady.

Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 62 Mill St., Dover Plains. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
