Ronald Louis Vece, Jr, 53, a resident of Poughquag, NY for 49 years, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
Born in Yonkers on June 14, 1969, he was the son on the late Ronald L. Vece, Sr and Rafeal (Alfano) Vece of Fishkill.
Ronald was a graduate of Arlington High School Class of ’87 and received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administratio
n from Marist College.
Ronald played soccer in high school at Arlington and umpired baseball several years, belonging to the Hudson Valley Umpire’s Association
A partner and manager of Brothers Cards, a collectable sports card sales company which he ran with his brother Anthony, Ronald was a sports card enthusiast. He loved music and going to concerts, especially Metallica.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother Anthony Vece of Poughquag, his son Christian and daughter Olivia of Harrison, NY, and his Aunt Phyllis Alfano of Fishkill.
A brief service will be conducted at the Community Mausoleum Chapel at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, 342 South Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12602 Friday, July 22nd at 10 AM.
