Arrest: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Timothy J Langjan, 32 years old, of 14 Ferguson Ave Apt 5, Port Jervis, NY.

Langjan was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender under the Corrections law (Felony).

On February 5, 2015, at about 10:18 a.m., Deputies and the City of Port Jervis PD located Langjan at his current address. Langjan was arrested by the City of Port Jervis PD and then turned over to the custody of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. An Investigation revealed that Langjan had failed to notify authorities of his change of address within 10 days.

Langjan was arraigned in the Town of Rochester Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail, as he has two prior convictions for the same charge. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Rochester Court at a later date.

Arrest:Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Edgardo Robles 46 years old, of Carmel, NY.

On February 5, 2015, at 10:20am, Mr. Robles was stopped on Route 208 in the Town of Shawangunk for speeding in a school zone and failing to stop at a red light. Through investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Robles had 23 suspensions on his drivers license.

Mr. Robles was charged with the Misdemeanor of Aggravated Unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, and violations of speeding in a school zone and passing a red light.

Mr. Robles was arraigned by Judge Voss in the Town of Shawangunk Court and remanded to Ulster County jail on $1000 cash bail.

Additionally, on February 5, 2015 at 11:00am, Rosalina Pagan 35 of Carmel,NY was charged with the Misdemeanor of Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree for having knowledge of Mr. Robles suspended status, and operating the vehicle which she owns. Ms. Pagan turned herself in to Deputies and was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Shawangunk Court at a later date.

Arrest:Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Ronald S. Drolet, 38 years old, of Lake Katrine, NY.

Mr. Drolet was charged with the Felony of Assault in the Second Degree and the Misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Menacing in the Second Degree.

On February 04, 2015 at approximately 09:25 pm Deputies responded to the Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley (Broadway Campus) for a report of victim of an assault at that location. Through investigation it was determined Mr. Drolet was involved in a physical dispute with his girlfriend. It is alleged that during the dispute Mr. Drolet had struck his girlfriend with a wrench and had obstructed her breathing.

Mr. Drolet was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail and $15,000 property bond. Mr. Drolet is to reappear in the Town of Ulster Court on February 10th, 2015.

Arrest: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Angela C Sindone, 31 years old, of Plattekill, New York.

Ms. Sindone was charged with the Misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, the Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two counts), and the Violation of Harassment second Degree.

On February 3, 2015 at 5:35 AM, Deputies responded to a call for a physical domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was determined that Ms. Sindone engaged in a physical dispute with her boyfriend. During the dispute, Ms. Sindone did strike her boyfriend in the face and groin and destroyed his television all within the presence of their two children.

Ms. Sindone was arraigned in Town of Plattekill Court before the Honorable Judge Murphy. Ms. Sindone was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Plattekill Court on March 2, 2015 at 5 PM.

Deputies were assisted on scene by the New York State Police.
