Obituary

Dominick Joseph Perri, 58, a longtime area resident passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 18, 2022 at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT. Dominick was the former dairy manager at Hannaford in Pawling, NY. Dominick also owned and operated M&D Landscaping in Pawling.

Born on June 7, 1964 in Valhalla, NY, he was the son of the late Armando and Gloria (Brann) Perri. Dominick was a graduate of Pawling High School class of 1982. He was an avid baseball and football player. He also coached basketball. Dominick loved fishing and was an avid NY Yankees fan. He will be remembered for his hard work ethic, competitiveness and the love of his grandchildren.

Dominick is survived by five children, Gina Brown and her husband, Thomas, of Pawling, NY, Brandi Perri of Wingdale, Rachel and Nicole Perri of Fishkill and Mark Clavie of Brewster, NY. He is also survived by three sisters, Lorraine Perri, of Tampa, FL, Suzanne Perri-Schiavo of Wingdale, NY and Sandra Pace, of Wingdale, NY and four brothers, Armand Perri, of Florida, Louis Perri, of Nashville, TN, Peter Perri, of Boyton Beach, FL, George Ennis, of Atlanta, GA. Dominick is also survived by five grandchildren, Charles Hatcher, III, Cordero Bermudez, Madison Arvisais, Luca Perez and Colton Brown and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Dominick was predeceased by a daughter, Cassandra Perri and a brother, Raymond Perri.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 62 Mill St., Dover Plains, NY. Burial at South Dover Rural Cemetery in Wingdale will be private.
