Sherman, BURGLARY ARREST

On 05/30/22 at 3am, members of the Connecticut State Police responded to a non-active burglary which had occurred at a residence located near Echo Rd in Sherman, CT. As a result of a lengthy investigation, the accused was identified and an arrest warrant was granted.

On 06/03/2022 at approximately 9pm, that active arrest warrant was served on Dale Forschner (DOB 03/03/1993) of 8 Debra Lane in New Milford, CT. Forschner was charged with violating: C.G.S. 53a-103 Burglary 3rd Degree, C.G.S. 53a-212 Stealing a Firearm, C.G.S. 53a-125a Larceny in the fifth degree, C.G.S. 53a-116 Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Forschner was released on a $100,000 Surety bond and was scheduled to appear at GA-3 Danbury Superior Court, 146 White Street, Danbury, CT on 06/06/2022 at 0900 Hours.
