ThinkDIFFERENTLY/Disability, Dream & Do Baseball Camp

Volunteers & Award Nominees Sought

Dutchess County is again sponsoring the ThinkDIFFERENTLY/Disability, Dream & Do Baseball Camp for residents of all abilities at Dutchess Stadium on Saturday, June 11th at 10 a.m., and you can help these special players make memories that will last a lifetime!

D3 Baseball Camp

Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this camp, and we invite you to share your time with our friends and neighbors of all abilities for a morning of fun you’ll long remember. Local individuals, teams, businesses, and organizations are invited to sign up to volunteer at: https://www.d3day.com/d3-volunteer. The couple hours you give will mean the world to a child learning to play at “The Dutch.”

The spirit of service is embodied by the ThinkDIFFERENTLY/Disability, Dream & Do Baseball Camp, and if you know of someone who goes above and beyond to help those of all abilities, we want to honor them with the “Pulling Each Other Along” Award. The annual award is given to honor the notable contributions of those who have selflessly helped others in the disability community. You can nominate someone you know for the “Pulling Each Other Along” Award at: https://www.d3day.com/award.

We hope you can share your time as a volunteer to make this day special for those in Dutchess County of all abilities, or help us recognize a champion in our local community who generously gives their time, talents or resources to those with disabilities.
