Pleasant Valley, New York – On March 24, 2022, the New York State Police arrested Angel D. Pacheco, age 28, of Pleasant Valley, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree, a class B felony, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2^nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Investigation determined Pacheco illegally possessed fentanyl in pill form in the town of Pleasant Valley.  At the time of his arrest, approximately $1,651 was in his possession.

Pacheco was arraigned before the town of Union Vale Court and released on his own recognizance to appear before the town of Pleasant Valley Court on April 21, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
