Obituary, Florence Anna Bosco

Florence Anna Bosco, 89, a long-time resident of Pawling, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022, at Danbury Hospital, Danbury, CT.

Born in Brooklyn on January 15, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John Healey and Elsie (Rutan) Kromes.  Florence graduated from Delhi High School and married Gennaro Bosco in Brooklyn, NY in 1951; he predeceased her in 2014.

Florence was a bookkeeper at Bricetti Electric which sold appliances.

Florence was a communicant of St. John’s Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters for over 20 years.  She was also a member of the Cedar Valley Needle Ladies and the 31 Card Group.  She loved doing crafts and quilting, knitting, and crocheting.

She is survived by her son Frank Bosco of Rehoboth Beach, DE and daughter Diane Ramsey of Pawling; her brother, James Healey, Sr. and wife Helen and sister, Alberta Milewski; grandchildren Michelle Tuttle and husband Robert, Frank Bosco Jr, and Elizabeth and Kristen Ramsey; and a great-granddaughter, Felica Tuttle.
