Sherman CRIMINAL ARREST:

On 12/30/21 at 0802pm, Troopers responded to the area of Hubbell Mountain Road and Atchison Cove in Sherman for a one-car motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival, an abandoned Land Rover was found entangled in the wire rope guardrail. As a result of this investigation, the operator was found to be Kevin Richardson of 78 Spring Lake Road in Sherman. Richardson was issued a misdemeanor summons for violation of C.G.S. 14-224 Evading Responsibility, 14-236 Failure to Maintain Proper Lane, 14-215 Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension, 14-213(b) Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, and 14-12(a)* Operating or Parking an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Richardson is scheduled to appear at Danbury Court on 01/11/2022.
