3/20/14 Tern Construction and Development donates to the campaign of David P. Kelly $1000.00

4/30/15 Frank Castagna donates to the campaign of David P. Kelley  $1250.00

4/30/15 John Gutleber (president and CEO Castagna Realty at the time) donates to the campaign of David P. Kelly  $1250.00

4/30/15 JBS Realty (Kenneth Kearney is listed as an officer of the company and its listed as the same address an Kearney realty) donates to the campaign of David P. Kelley  $1000.00

Resolution 2016079 ZONING AMENDMENTS BY JUCCA COMPANY OF SECTION 215-36 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PDD) FOR THE EXISTING PDD ZONE (aka “Castagna”) AND THE PD OVERLAY

Supervisor Kelly made a motion to amend the local law to strike the word “senior” where it is noted in the “Senior Assisted Living Facility” and in the same paragraph to strike the word “elderly”. Also, 215-36D.(3)(h) strike the word “senior” as well and anywhere it will be affected in the same terms and meanings that the Town Board adopts, seconded by Councilman Johnson, motion passed unanimously.
