Poughquag – David P. Betterton Jr. was born on November 10, 1973 and left this earth on April 21, 2015. He was 41 years old.
A graduate of Beacon High School who moved on to receive his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice as well as become a journey man for NYC, he had his own construction business for many years and recently worked for Darlind.
He is survived by his loving wife Kristen Betterton and their beautiful twins, Nicholas and Cheyenne and his sweet son Davey. David is also survived by his younger siblings, Stephen, Tracy and Brian. He was preceded to heaven by his wonderful mother Betty Jane and his dad David Betterton Sr.
David had a beautiful smile, sparkling blue eyes and was thought to be invincible by his wife, children and family. Our family welcomes you to come and celebrate the life David lived, share your memories with us and pay your respects on Tuesday April 28, 2015 from 3-7pm at, 1028 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday April 29, 2015 at 10am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 31 Willow Street, Beacon.
