ARREST: Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of a Napanoch woman following an investigation.

On April 18, 2015, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a 32 year old woman possible having a sexual relationship with a juvenile male. Through investigation Detectives determined that Tina D. Mandry, 32, of Napanoch, had previously performed oral sex on a fifteen year old male earlier in 2015.

On April 22nd, 2015 Detectives charged Mandry, with the Class E felony of Criminal Sexual Act in the Third Degree (2 counts). The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.

Ms. Mandry was arraigned in the Town of Rochester Court in front of Judge Shaheen, who released Mandry on her own recognizance, with an order of protection to stay away from the victim. Ms. Mandry is to return to the Town of Wawarsing Court on Friday, April 24, 2015.
