Dutchess County and Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue will host Veterans Lunch on Sunday, October 3rd
The Dutchess County Division of Veterans Services is joining Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue for a special Veterans Lunch on Sunday, October 3rd, rain, or shine, at 2699 NY-22 in Dover Plains, 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m., with food being served at 12 p.m.
Veterans and their families can explore the 42-acre farm and meet some of the four-legged staff at Lucky Orphans, while learning about a variety of equestrian and other programs available to veterans. Adam Roche Director for Dutchess County Division of Veterans’ Services will be in attendance to answer any questions about VA benefits, local Veterans organizations, and New York State Veterans benefits.
