SEARCH WARRANT & ARREST OF HYDE PARK MAN
On Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at approximately 11:30 AM . Members of the Dutchess County Drug Taskforce with assistance from the Hyde Park Police Department
Conducted a search warrant at 9 Bircher Ave. in the town of Hyde Park.
Taken into custody at this time was:
Nicolas C Pagano dob: 01/09/1984 A resident at that address. The search warrant was a result of an investigation into Nicolas Pagano and the Illegal sales of heroin and cocaine in Dutchess and Ulster County.
Seized during the search warrant was 300 bags of fentanyl, Cocaine, And approximately $2500 in currency.
Nicolas Pagano was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (a class B felony)
Pagano was arraigned in Hyde Park Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash bill.
He has a court date on August 25, 2021, in Hyde Park Court.
*Prior to the search warrant and the arrest on August 25, 2021.
Pagano had been released on his own recognizance (ROR) after being arrested on August 16, 2021 based on an investigation by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force and The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team(*URGENT).
This arrest occurred in Highland N.Y.
This prior arrest was based on similar charges. Regarding these charges, Pagano has a court date in Lloyd court on August 31, 2021.
