Bridge to be Replaced on Fiddler’s Bridge Road in Clinton
Poughkeepsie…The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) has announced preliminary work on Bridge C-11 on Fiddler’s Bridge Road in the Town of Clinton is expected to begin on or about July 26th. The bridge, located over the Little Wappinger Creek between Long Pond Road and Centre Road (CR-18), will be replaced due to structural deterioration to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge and roadway for motorists.

Fiddlers Bridge Road will be closed starting on or about July 26th with a posted detour directing traffic along Long Pond Road, Lake Drive, Slate Quarry Road (CR-19), and Centre Road (CR-18).
