Philipstown, New York – June 22, 2021, the New York State Police are searching for an-at risk sixteen-year-old, James Thesing, of Philipstown, reported missing by his family.
James is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, long brown hair, blue eyes, and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark plaid shirt and blue jeans.
