Pleasant Valley Man Charged with Sex Crime
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Chandler C. Stolarski, age 22 of Pleasant Valley, in connection with a month-long investigation into inappropriate sexual conduct.
Mr. Stolarski was arrested by Sheriff’s Office Detectives on 3/2/21 and is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with someone less than 15 years of age. The incident occurred in 2020, and no further information about the case or the victim will be released in order to protect the victim’s privacy and the integrity of future court proceedings.
At this time Mr. Stolarski has been charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the 2nd degree, which is a felony. After being processed he was arraigned before the Town of Milan Court and was released on $7,000 cash bail, which he posted at arraignment.
