Red Hook Man Charged After Further Investigation
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Tyson Kreig, age 40 of Red Hook, in connection with an ongoing investigation into inappropriate sexual contact.
Mr. Kreig was arrested by Sheriff’s Office Detectives on 2/8/21 and charged with forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment, which are both misdemeanors. This arrest comes as the result of another victim coming forward since Mr. Kreig’s previous arrest on 1/12/21, no further details about this case or the victim will be released at this time.
After being processed Mr. Kreig was arraigned before the Town of Red Hook Court and released to probation with a return court date of 2/25/21.
