The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Tyson M. Kreig, age 40 of Red Hook, in connection with a recent investigation into inappropriate sexual contact.

The Sheriff’s Office’s Detective Bureau arrested Mr. Kreig on 1/12/21 after a week-long investigation into an allegation of inappropriate sexual conduct. At this time Mr. Kreig has been accused of subjecting the victim to sexual contact without their consent, and no further details about the case or victim will be released in order to protect the victim’s privacy.

Mr. Kreig has been charged with sexual misconduct, which is a misdemeanor, and after being processed he was arraigned before the Town of Red Hook Court and released on his own recognizance.
