Robert Nasukiewicz, 66, a longtime area resident, died on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the Regional Hospital Center in Danbury, CT.
Born on February 24, 1954 in the Bronx, NY, he was the son of Stanley P. and Adeline (Costa) Nasukiewicz. He was a 1973 graduate of the New York School for the Deaf (Fanwood) in White Plains, NY.
Mr. Nasukiewicz worked in the mail room at Harris Bank in Manhattan, NY. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Newburgh, NY.
He is survived by two nieces, Jennifer Dean, and her husband Sean, of Tennessee and June Nasukiewicz and her husband, Rick, of Texas, and a nephew, Stephen Nasukiewicz and his wife, Sara, of Florida.
He is also survived by a step nephew, Carl Scarna, Jr. of South Carolina; two grand nieces, Basilia and Amanda, and four grand nephews, Calix Nasukiewicz, Jayson Nasukiewicz- Kaufman, Rylan Kaufman and Dylon Kaufman.
There will be no calling hours. Gravesides services and burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at St. Charles Cemetery, Nellie Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY.
