State Police Orange County Abuse Unit arrested a Middletown man for Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child

PRESS RELEASE

On Wednesday, December 30th, 2020, the New York State Police Orange County Child Abuse Unit announces the arrest of PAUL M PEPE, 42, of Middletown, NY.   The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with Orange County Child Protective Services (CPS) regarding allegations into PEPE engaging in sexual conduct with a child under eleven years old.  The joint investigation determined the course of sexual conduct occurred in Sullivan County.  NYSP subsequently charged PEPE with Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child (an A-II Felony) and arraigned him in the Town of Mamakating Court before Honorable Terrance Mullen where he was remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
