Greenport man arrested for child pornography, additional victims sought

Greenport, New York – On December 30, 2020, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Patrick J. O’Leary, age 43, of Greenport, for five counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

Following a four-month investigation and the execution of a search warrant on today’s date O’Leary was found to be in possession of child pornography.

O’Leary was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Greenport Town Court on January 11, 2021, at 3:30 p.m.
