On November 12, 2020, Troopers and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) from the Somers Barracks arrested Kamaljeet Singh, 23 of Franklin Square, NY for unlawfully selling alcohol to a person under 21.

On November 12, 2020, Troopers and the BCI participated in an underage drinking detail throughout northern Westchester County.  Troopers went to 11 locations in which an underaged person attempted to purchase alcohol.  One location sold alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

Singh was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the town of Somers Court on December 7, 2020.
