Traffic Coordinator – Ensure all completed domestic and export outbound orders are accurately
quoted for freight rates, scheduled for pick-up, processed and shipped in time to meet customer
delivery requirements. Ensure all shipping documentation is prepared and provided per carrier/DOT
regulations. Assist customer service with shipping and freight rate questions and concerns.
The Traffic Coordinator ensures pick-ups are scheduled, communicated and completed for export,
consolidated, and truck shipments and that the processes of picking, shipping, and invoicing
Shippers with all applicable shipping documents are performed daily.
