State Police arrest a city of Newburgh man for Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child

PRESS RELEASE
On September 24, 2020, the New York State Police Child Abuse Unit in Orange County announces the arrest of Luis Aguilar Guerra, age 24, from the city of Newburgh. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation with Child Protective Services regarding allegations that Guerra engaged in sexual conduct with a child less than thirteen years old. Guerra was charged with Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child – an A II felony and Criminal Sex Act-2nd degree – a D felony.
Aguilar Guerra was arraigned by City of Newburgh Judge Kulkin and remanded to Orange County Jail without bail.
