Marilyn Scimia, 74, passed away peacefully at her home with her family on Sunday, September 20, 2020.
A resident of Holmes since 1987, she was born in White Plains on November 3, 1945 to Richard and Clara (Holley) Harmon. She married Edward Scimia in White Plains on April 19, 1969; he survives at home.
Marilyn worked in food service at John F. Kennedy Catholic High School in Somers and the former New York Hospital,
White Plains which is now New York-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center. She enjoyed dining out with family and friends, bowling, and the Mets.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Edward Jr, of Bethel, CT, and her sister, Linda Harmon of White Plains.
There are no services at this time.
Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hudson Valley Hospice.
