PRESS RELEASE

Patterson, New York – On April 20, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Brewster Barracks arrested Martin Larghi, 47 years old, of Patterson, New York, for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to conduct a welfare check at a Patterson residence. Following an investigation conducted by responding Troopers, it was discovered that Larghi violated a court order of protection by shoving the protected party during a domestic dispute.

Larghi was arraigned at the Town of Patterson Court where he was remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond. Larghi is scheduled to return to the Town of Patterson Court on May 14, 2015.
