PRESS RELEASE

On September 8, 2020, Jordan K. Davis, age 37 of Philmont, NY was arrested at SP Catskill for two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree, sexual contact with an individual less than 11 years old, and four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned in the Town of Athens Court and released on his own recognizance. State Police Catskill were assisted in their investigation by the State Police Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Columbia Child Protective Services (CPS) and Greene County CPS.
