On July 18, 2020, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt Barracks conducted a Driving While Intoxicated safety road check on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt.  During this detail the following subjects were arrested in furtherance of our mission to ensure the safety for all users of the roadway:

SEGUNDO URGILES, age 35, of Peekskill, NY, charged with misdemeanor DWI

MARK WALTERS, age 35, of Croton, NY, charged with misdemeanor DWI

DAVID LEPORE, age 50, of Croton, NY, charged with misdemeanor DWI

SAVANNA CASTELLANO, age 19, of Peekskill, NY, charged with misdemeanor DWI

EDUARDO GARCIA, age 35, of Croton, NY, charged with felony DWI and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
