Darlene Louise Griffin, 61, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NY.
A life-long resident of Poughquag, NY, she was born in Poughkeepsie on May 23, 1959 to the late Douglas O. Odell and Dorothy R. Nelson.
Darlene was retired from the Arlington School District where she had been a school bus driver. She loved bingo, cooking, and all kinds of animals, and was a life-time member of the Beekman Fire House.
She is survived by her sister Donna Odell Goss and two brothers, Douglas Odell Jr. and Timothy Odell; her two adopted sons, Samuel and Steven Griffin; a niece, Jaime Lynn Hapeman, and three nephews, Zachary Odell and Sean and Brian (Lisa) Goss; and a great-nephew, Wyatt Goss. She is predeceased by a niece, Stacy Lynn Goss.
She will be missed by many.
