New Lebanon, New York – On May 11, 2020, the New York State Police from the New Lebanon and Livingston barracks arrested Brittney L. Martin, age 19, of Adams, MA, for Burglary in the 2^nd degree, a class C felony.

At approximately 8:32 p.m., Troopers responded to a residence on State Route 22 for a report of a burglary in progress.  An investigation determined Brittney Martin, illegally entered the residence, and stole food.

Martin was arraigned virtually before the town of Kinderhook Court, and was released on her own recognizance.  Martin is scheduled to next appear before the town of New Lebanon Court on June 11, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.
