State of Florida woman arrested for Criminal Impersonation and larceny

On April 11th, the New York State Police in Monroe arrested Nicole M. DiBono, age 30 of Gulf Breeze, Florida for Petit Larceny and Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree. Troopers from the Monroe Barracks initally responded to Walmart on Larkin Dr in the Town of Monroe for the reported larceny. The initial investigation revealed that a female subject had removed itmes from the store without paying for them and then provided false information regarding her identity.

Nicole M. DiBono was located her a short time later at a residence on McManus Rd in the Town of Wawayanda. DiBono was taken into custody and brought to the State Police barracks in Middletown where she was also being sought for a petit larceny that occurred on April 6th, 2015 at the Walmart in the Town of Wallkill.

Additionally, DiBono was wanted by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office in Florida on an outstanding warrant for Grand Theft, Resisting Arrest and Violation of Probation.

Nicole DiBono was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court and remanded to the custody of the Orange County Sheriff with no bail, pending extradition to Florida.
