Lagrange, New York – On March 13, 2020, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Poughkeepsie arrested Joshua A. Killmer, age 28, of Pine Plains, NY, for Predatory Sexual Assault Against Child, a class A-II felony.

The investigation determined Killmer engaged in sexual conduct with a minor less than 11-years-old between the years of 2017 and 2018 in the town of LaGrange.

Joshua A. Killmer was arraigned before the town of Lagrange Court, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
