Pawling Library Receives Award

For the third time, the Pawling Library has received the Spotlight Award from the Mid- Hudson Library System. This year the award will be given on November 6th for an outstanding community service program, performed in concert with the Pawling Resource Center.  The award-winning program, The Great Give Back, was initiated by Donald Partelow,  Adult Program Coordinator,  in partnership with the PRC Executive Director, Terry Ariano. The program engaged volunteers to create cards and Sunshine Baskets for community members in need of a little TLC.  The Pawling Library received the Spotlight Award in 2016 for Civic Engagement and also in 2018 for leadership in the area of Emerging Technology.
