TODAY MEDIA’S THE VALLEY TABLE ANNOUNCES
PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS FOR ITS FALL 2019

HUDSON VALLEY RESTAURANT WEEK

Special Prix-Fixe Lunch and Dinner Menus Offered from November 4-November 17

Fishkill, NY – October 14, 2019 – Fall 2019 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW), the first under new owner, Today Media, is officially underway, with the release of its participating restaurant list. Beginning Monday, November 4 and running through Sunday, November 17, restaurant-goers can visit more than 200 restaurants and indulge in three-course, prix-fixe lunch ($22.95) and dinner ($32.95) menus.

Twenty restaurants have signed up for the first time, representing a variety of cuisines throughout Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan and Dutchess counties. Some of these restaurants include Bernie’s Holiday Restaurant, an American Fish and Steakhouse in Sullivan; Café Pitti, serving wood-fired dishes alongside Italian classics and City Winery, a winery and restaurant opening this month, both in Orange; Coppola’s La Fantasia
Ristorante and Joe & Joe offering authentic Italian cuisine in Ulster and Rockland, respectively; Le Chambord at Curry Estate’s restaurant provides an American continental menu in Dutchess; and in Westchester, customers can enjoy classic Italian dishes at Sapori and an internationally creative menu at Único.

“We are incredibly excited for our very first HVRW,” says Mike Martinelli, Today Media’s Hudson Valley Group Publisher. “We plan to continue the goals first set out by founders and previous owners of HVRW and The Valley Table, Jerry Novesky and Janet Crawshaw,

which are to cultivate the relationships between Hudson Valley restaurants, farms and purveyors both in the magazine and during HVRW. We look forward to increasing the exposure to these relationships, to The Valley Table and to Hudson Valley Restaurant Week in the years to come.” During previous restaurant weeks, nearly 250 participating restaurants served an estimated quarter of a million patrons and report an average of 25% increase in business, collectively generating an estimated economic impact of $10.2 million in sales revenue. The complete list of participating restaurants is available at valleytable.com/hvrw. Reservations are recommended at all Hudson Valley Restaurant Week restaurants.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is made possible by the support of community sponsors, including: Resorts World Casino, Westchester County Tourism, Ulster County Tourism, Rockland County Tourism, Dutchess Tourism, The Culinary Institute of America, Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Development Corporation and NY State Department of Agriculture & Markets, Pamal Broadcasting, Poughkeepsie Media Group and The Journal News.
