State Police in Troop K remove eighteen impaired drivers from the public roadways during the October 19, 2019, weekend

On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Justin B. Clairmont, age 28, of Pittsfield, MA, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Raymond A. D’Onofrio, age 25, of Southeast, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Marlaina D. Hrosch, age 26, of Wappinger Falls, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when she was found on the shoulder of the Parkway with damage to the vehicle, and no front driver side wheel. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Eugene Coleman, age 51, of Henrico, VA, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Ryan J. Simpson, age 26, of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Danielle C. Verboven, age 27, of Bethel, CT, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of East Fishkill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Kinderhook arrested Robert L. Newberry, age 24, of Greenport, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9H in the town of Kinderhook, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Mariana Freiberg, age 27, of Ardsley, NY, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Michael C. Rivera, age 39, of Yonkers, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Toni M. Dozier, age 65, of Lewisboro, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jessica Maffettone, age 41, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the City of Peekskill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Curtis M. Gordon, age 45, of New York, NY, for DWI, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, all misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Timothy M. Gaudinier, age 50, of Wolcott, CT, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on 6th Street in the town of Cortlandt, when he was found sleeping parked in the roadway. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Kelly A. Denicolais, age 52, of Beacon, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Herbert Street in the city of Beacon, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On October 21, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Jake R. Federico, age 24, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Tomohawk Street in the town of Carmel, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. He was traveling on North Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
