State Police arrested twenty-four motorists for Driving While Intoxicated

September 27, 2019:

On September 27, 2019, State Police Ellenville arrested Michael Mezzo, age 57 of Stone Ridge, NY for DWI. He was involved in a single vehicle crash on Peak Road in the town of Marbletown. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 27, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Brooke Ritchey, age 25 of Woodstock, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Ohayo Mountain Road in the town of Hurley when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 27, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Kenneth Solomon Jr., age 50 of Stony Point, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in the town of Clarkstown when he drove through a DWI checkpoint. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

September 28, 2019:

On September 28, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Leslie Dunbar, age 54 of Goshen, NY. Troopers observed a vehicle stopped on State Route 17 in the town of Goshen with a flat tire. Upon interviewing the operator of the vehicle troopers determined that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Heather Sheehan, age 53 of Red Hook, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Church Street in the village of Saugerties when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Sarah Race, age 26 of Albany, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of New Baltimore when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Catskill arrested Joseph Scutellaro, age 52 of East Northport, NY for Aggravated DWI (felony). He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Cairo when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Peter Vieira, age 33 of Langrangeville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the village of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Wilder Cabrera, age 27 of South Fallsburg, NY for DWI. He was involved in a vehicle crash with another vehicle on County Route 104 in the town of Fallsburg. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Catskill arrested Janet Trnka, age 59 of Salisbury Center, NY. Troopers observed a disabled vehicle on State Route 23A in the town of Catskill. Upon interviewing the operator of the vehicle troopers determined that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Rochelle Cohen, age 31 of Swan Lake, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Old Route 17 in the town of Rockland when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Timothy Gonyea, age 53 of Shandaken, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Mount Ava Maria Road in the town of Shandaken when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Ari Fromm, age 38 of Pomono, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in the town of Clarkstown when he drove through a DWI checkpoint. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Marcos Cerrata Lopez, age 39 of Kauneonga Lake, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17B in the town of Thompson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Crystal Thomas, age 30 of Highland, NY for Aggravated DWI (felony). She was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of Cairo when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested William Mallory, age 69 of Windham, NY for DWI. He was involved in a single motorcycle crash on State Route 23 in the town of Durham. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Logan Moore, age 20 of New City, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 304 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 28, 2019, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Ricardo Quintana, age 51 of New Paltz, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17K in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 29, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Carlos Colon-Montes, age 40, of Bronx, NY for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 29, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Cooper Larocque, age 27 of New Paltz, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 29, 2019, State Police Hamptonburg arrested JuanCarlos Bourdier, age 21 of New York, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 29, 2019, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Shane Cherry, age 29 of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was involved in a single vehicle crash on State Route 6 in the town of Wawayanda. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On September 29, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Gerardo Casarella, age 56 of Hartsdale, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Thompson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
