On September 13, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Joseph M. McGovern, age 34, of Cortlandt, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Albany Post Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 13, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Michael P. Frieman, age 55, of Somers, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Tomahawk Street in the town of Somers, when he was involved in a three-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 13, 2019, State Police from SP Lagrange arrested Christopher Fouhy, age 35, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI with a previous conviction within ten years, a class E felony. He was traveling on Hooker Avenue in the city of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
