On September 6, 2019, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Miriam Regan, age 53, of Mount Pleasant, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Mount Pleasant, when she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 6, 2019, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Weyden M. Perez Morales, age 32, of Dover, NY, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both class E felonies. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Dover, when he was involved in two separate motor vehicle crashes. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 6, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Isaac Brito-Farez, age 52, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 138 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Jesiel Dasilva, age 27, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Patrick M. McRitchie, age 23, of Pleasant Valley, NY, for DWAI combined drugs and Alcohol. He was on found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the roadway on Quaker Hill Road, in the town of Pleasant Valley. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested David Valle, age 34, of Bronx, NY, for Aggravated DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of New Castle, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Nicole M. Kwiecien, age 30, of Belmont, MA, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Kent, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Francisco J. Gude, age 53, of Newtown, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when his vehicle became disabled. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Joseph A. Ramos, age 35, of Yonkers, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 7, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jonnathan X. Chimbo, age 22, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Frost Lane in the city of Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On September 8, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jesenia Arocho, age 45, of Dover, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Pawling, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 8, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Stacy Long, age 38, of Stuyvesant, NY, for Aggravated DWI, and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Motor Vehicle Accident in the 1st degree, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Stockport, when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash and fled the scene. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 9, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Francisco J. Aparicio Enriquez, age 27, of Charlottesville, VA, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
