CRIMINAL ARREST:
On 08/22/2019 at approximately 1200hrs, the Connecticut State Police responded to Danbury Court to serve an active arrest warrant on Joshua J Stallings (DOB 05/02/2000) of 98 Garden Hill Cir in Waterbury CT. Stallings was arrested for violation of C.G.S. 53a-103 Burglary 3rd (3 Counts), 53a-128c Credit Card Theft (5 Counts), 53a-110a Simple Trespass (3 Counts), and 53a-125 Larceny 4th. Stallings was issued a $50,000 surety/cash bond. Stallings was unable to post his bond and is set to be arraigned the same day – 08/22/2019. This arrest concludes a nearly year-long investigation into a series of larcenies from motor vehicles in the Town of Sherman.
