Millbrook man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Pawling

Pawling, New York – On April 12, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover Barracks arrested 22-year-old Nicholas W. Frisina, of Millbrook, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Frisina was operating for having an inadequate head lamp and discovered that Frisina was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Frisina provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .13% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Pawling Court on April 23, 2015.
