On July 26, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Samuel C. Wright, age 51, of Durham, NY, for Aggravated DWI with three prior convictions, a class D felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class E felony, and Use of a Vehicle without and Interlock Device, a class A misdemeanor. He was traveling on State Route 9H in the town of Claverack when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On July 26, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Elvis D. Bracero, age 31, of Lagrange, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Myers Corners Road in the town of Wappinger when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On July 27, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Carlos A. Mairena Martinez, age 34, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on North Broad Street in the city of Peekskill when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On July 27, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Daniel A. Wendelboe, age 22, of Wilton, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On July 27, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Thomas D. Colgan, age 33, of Pleasant Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Wilbur Road in the town of Pleasant Valley when he was involved in a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On July 27, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Christopher Considine, age 26, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
