State Police arrested a New Windsor man for Criminal Sexual Act Second Degree

The New York State Police arrested Charles Sandike, 64 years of New Windsor, for Criminal Sexual Act 2^nd Degree (felony), Sex Abuse 2^nd (Sexual Contact with Individual Less Than 17 Therefore Incapable of Consent), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (both misdemeanors). The investigation determined that Mr. Sandike engaged in a sexual act with an underage and mentally disabled victim.  Mr. Sandike was arraigned in the Town of New Windsor Court and remanded to Orange County Jail on $25,000 bail.  He has a return date of July 25, 2019.
