State Police are attempting to locate 75-year-old Pawling man

Troop K – July 16, 2019, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks are attempting to locate Joseph F. Pelzner, a 75-year-old man from Pawling, NY. He was reported missing by concerned neighbors on today’s date. Members of the State Police were unable to locate him inside his residence. Pelzner is known to frequent the Poughkeepsie area.
The only available photograph is nine years old, but he is believed to look very similar to what was provided.
