Dover woman arrested for felony DWI

PRESS RELEASE
Union Vale, New York – On June 19, 2019, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Michelle M. Eastridge, age 38, of Dover, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated with 2 prior convictions, a class D felony, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, a class A misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rddegree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Eastridge was traveling on Route 82 in the town of Union Vale, and was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  An investigation determined she was under the influence of alcohol, and operating with a suspended license.

Eastridge was arraigned before the town of Union Vale Court, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secure bond.  Eastridge is next scheduled to appear before the Court on July 3, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.
