Patterson man arrested following domestic dispute

PRESS RELEASE
Patterson, New York – On June 14, 2019, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Gilberto Acosta Ramos, age 30, of Patterson, for Forcible Touching, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors.

On June 14, 2019, Troopers were dispatched for a report of a domestic dispute.  An investigation found Acosta Ramos forcibly touched the victim and endangered the welfare of two children during the incident.

Acosta Ramos was arraigned before the village of Brewster Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear before the town of Patterson Court on June 17, 2019, at 5:00 p.m.  An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims, and granted by the Court.
