State Police in Troop K remove sixteen impaired drivers from public roadways over the June 15, 2019, weekend

On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Normajean Wilke, age 43, of Mount Vernon, NY, for DWAI Dugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on Washington Street in the city of Peekskill, when she was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of drugs, in possession of a small amount of crack-cocaine, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Robert E. Pearman, age 62, of Farmersburg, IN, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Dion Lanzetta, age 28, of Rhinebeck, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Hyde Park, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Christopher J. Bolettieri, age 47, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on North Avenue in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Eileen A. O’Neil, age 59, of Accord, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 295 in the town of Canaan, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Dennis J. Wibby, age 63, of Jacksonville, NC, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of East Fishkill, when he was involved in a one motorcycle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Aisha McClinton, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 199 in the town of Milan, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 15, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Olger A. Narvaezduran, age 34, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. He was traveling on State Route 9D in the town of Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Ariel Casul, age 25, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Manchester Road in the town of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jorge Tepan, age 40, of Haverstraw, NY, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was traveling on North Division Street in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jaime S. Caiza Espejo, age 27, of Carmel, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Lebanon arrested Craig S. Beloff, age 54, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was involved in a three-car motor vehicle crash, and fled the scene. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Martin P. Jeremieh, age 33, of Pittsfield, MA, for DWI. He was at the Canaan Truck Stop in the town of Canaan, when he was interviewed as the subject of a disorderly conduct complaint. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Christopher L. King, age 36, of Chicago, IL, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 123 in the town of Lewisboro, when he was involved in a one car personal injury crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On June 16, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Erika E. Gibbs, age 29, of Beacon, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Fishkill, when she was involved in a two-car personal injury motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
