On 04/08/15, The New York State Police at Catskill and the Greene County District Attorney’s Office report the arrest of JUSTIN D COOK, age 37, from Cobleskill, NY, for the charge of Burglary 2nd, a class D Felony.
JUSTIN COOK was arrested after an investigation was initiated into a burglary of a residence in the Town of New Baltimore. The investigation revealed that COOK did knowingly and unlawfully enter another person’s residence through a kitchen window with the intent of stealing valuables.
COOK was arraigned in the Town of New Baltimore Court before Town Justice FARRELL and released on his own recognizance returnable in the Town of New Baltimore Court at a later date .
