Heroin dealer arrested in Dover

PRESS RELEASE
Dover, New York – On April 26, 2019, the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET) arrested Brian K. Lashomb, age 47, of Dover, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell, a class B felony.

An investigation conducted by Troop K VGNET led to the issuance of a search warrant granted by the town of Dover Court at a basement apartment on Mill Street in the town of Dover.  Execution of the warrant found Lashomb was in possession of fifty decks of heroin and was subsequently arrested.

Lashomb was arraigned before the town of Amenia Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.  Lashomb was next scheduled to appear before the town of Dover Court on April 30, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
