April 26, 2019:
On April 26, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Wendy Palacio-Abreu, age 44 of Valley Cottage, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Polhemus Street in the village of Nyack when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested David Fiaschi, age 57 of Pond Eddy, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Crystal Run Crossing in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Joseph Carola, age 39 of Beacon, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Chester when he was involved in a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Kevin Fanning, age 61 of Monroe, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Lake Region Boulevard in the town of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Ramiro Ramirez Mejia, age 48 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17K in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Hamptonburg arrested Michael Hankins, age 26 of Liberty, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17K in the town of Montgomery when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Connor McGoey, age 34 of Woodridge, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Mamakating when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Michelle Padin, age 48 of Port Jervis, NY for Aggravated DWI. Padin was observed in the parking lot of the Resorts World Catskills Casino in the town of Thompson in violation of numerous vehicle and traffic law violations. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested John Engel, age 57 of Port Ewen, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Old Route 9W in the town of Esopus when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 26, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Eric Briggmann, age 22 of Mattituck, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 27, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Andrew Grady, age 44 of Monroe, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Roue 17M in the village of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 27, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested James Kowalewski Jr, age 27 of Slate Hill, NY for DWI. He was traveling on West Main Street in the city of Middletown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 27, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Michael Morehouse, age 50 of Preston Hollow, NY for DWI. He was traveling on McCafferty Road in the town of Durham when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 27, 2019, State Police Catskill arrested Gordon Guisti, age 57 of Elka Park, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Hunter when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On April 28, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Kevin Trujillo, age 26 of Chicago, IL for DWI. He was traveling on Freeland Street in the village of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Enrique Alvarez Guerrero, age 36 of Goshen, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 211 in the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Robert Malloy II, age 23 of Lake Hopatcong, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on Lower Road in the town of Minisink when he was involved in a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Leah Robinson, age 36 of Newburgh, NY for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on William Street in the city of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Ms Robinson became combative during the arrest and was additionally charged with Disorderly Conduct (violation), Resisting Arrest (misdemeanor), and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, (misdemeanor)

She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Samantha Burger, age 35 of Hurleyville, NY for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Liberty when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Edwin Pagan, age 49 of Glendale, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Katrina Falls Road in the town of Thompson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Thomas Blount, age 42 of Monticello, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Forestburgh Road in the village of Monticello when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Ellenville arrested Joseph Farrenkopf, age 26 of Ellenville, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Plank Road in the town of Wawarsing when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by marihuana and was subsequently arrested. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihauna.
On April 28, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Robert Koeppen Jr, age 50 of Lake Katrine, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Ulster when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
